PHOTO SHOOT APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are on a first come first serve basis.

PHOTO SESSION
The property must be ready at the day and time of set appointment.

TRAVEL FEES
There  is NO Travel Fees for properties located less than or equal to 30 miles  radius from Senir Design Victorville, CA address. Properties located  more than 30 miles from Senir Design location will incur a travel fee.  Travel fees are calculated via Google Maps and are based on the distance  from Senir Design location to the client’s property location.

PAYMENT
Payment  in Cash, Check or Credit Card (through Paypal) are accepted. 50%  Deposit is due prior the day and time of confirmed appointment. Balance  payment must be paid in full before final photos are delivered.

Please make checks payable to Senir Design. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks.

IMAGE EDITING
All Shoot Packages include standard image editing for color correction, contrast, saturation, cropping and straightening.

Custom quote is available if you need advanced editing or Photoshop services for your images.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Images  are delivered within 24-36 hours after photo shoot via web electronic  download. You will receive high-resolution images for printing and  web-optimized images for website use.

IMAGE USAGE RIGHTS
Final  delivery of the photographs are on a Royalty-Free License basis. Senir  Design grants you a, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, throughout  the world. With Royalty-Free License you are free to use the  photographs in all forms of media including, Newspaper, Magazine,  Postcards, Flyers, Websites and other property marketing services. The  photos are licensed to you for the express purpose of marketing the  property and remain available to you only for the duration of your  listing agreement.
