What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Credit Card through Paypal and Company Check (additional $25 fee for any return check)
How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
You will be supplied an electronic files via e-mail or a CD copy through mail (Shipping charges applies) upon receipt of your final payment.
Who owns the copyright?
The customer owns the copyright. However , if a Stock Photo is used to create the design the original photographer always retain the copyright of used image. Senir Design STRICTLY follows the Stock Photo Images Usage Agreement from where the images originally purchased. The customer usage of the purchased stock image is solely their responsibilities. Senir Design will not be held accountable for misused or reproduction of the purchased image.
Copyright laws also pertain to the content you submit to Senir Design. Unlicensed or misuse of copyrighted material from books, magazines, newspapers, photographs, web content, writers, artists, composers, publishers, and other authors is strictly prohibited. Senir Design will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of its client's submitted materials for copyright violations. Therefore, Senir Design will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material provided by its clients.
Senir design reserve the right to use any finished artwork for promotional purposes.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the business and product ordered has no re-sale value; ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN. Senir design will not process order without customer's final proof of approval.
