Why should I hire you?

What kind of graphic design services do you provide?
I provide graphic design to print media design to Logo design, brochure, direct mail, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelopes, custom forms, presentation folders, and any other printing material your business may require. I also provide service in Web design, Site renovation and Site maintenance.

What do you charge for your graphic design service?

Why don’t you have your contact information on your web site?
As a freelance graphic designer, time is very important to me. I need to pay close attention to my clients and their ongoing projects. If you agree with my quote my contact information will be provided.

What types of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, Credit Card through Paypal and company check (with a 7-10 working days hold for the check to clear and a $25 fee on a returned check will be charged).

How will I receive my design project once it is finished?
I will supply the electronic files through e-mail or on a CD (Shipping charges will apply) upon receipt of final payment.

Who owns the copyright?
As long as there is no Royalty-Free image involved in the design, It is yours. However, if a Royalty-Free image is used to spice up the design the original photographer always retain the copyright of the used image.

These images are subject to Image Usage Agreement from where the image has been purchased, which I STRICTLY follow. However, the responsibility of determining how the product is used is in your own discretion since it is impossible to know what your plan of usage for the image once final project is in your possession.

Copyright laws also pertain to the content you submit to Senir Design. Unlicensed or misuse of copyrighted material from books, magazines, newspapers, photographs, web content, writers, artists, composers, publishers, and other authors is strictly prohibited. Senir Design will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of its client's submitted materials for copyright violations. Therefore, Senir Design will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material provided by its clients.

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. However, I reserve the right to use any finished artwork for my promotional purposes.

Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the business and customer orders have no re-sale value. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO RETURN. That is why you have the option of revising the proof before the project is completed.
